YMCA Plans Super Tri
NORFOLK - The Norfolk Family YMCA hosts an indoor triathlon Super Bowl Sunday, February 3rd. Participants will swim for 10 minutes, bike for 30 minutes and run for 20 minutes, with scores based on distance, time and calories burned. Registrations are due Tuesday, January 29th and participation is limited to the first 72 to sign up.
