Workshops on Incontinence, Osteoporosis Planned in Norfolk

NORFOLK - A fun - but educational - night is planned this week at Faith Regional Health Services to discuss two issues that affect women - incontinence and osteoporosis. Physical Therapist Emily Afrank says many women don't know that physical therapy can provide fast and effective relief from incontinence.  And physical therapy is one of the three parts of successful treatment for osteoporosis and osteopenia. The educational seminar will be held in the Terrace View Café on the bottom floor of the Faith Regional bedtower Thursday from 6 until 8:30. Refreshments will be served, and the cost to attend is $10. For more information, or to register, call 402-644-7347.
