Wet Concrete Tempts Norfolk Teen
NORFOLK - Some wet concrete was too tempting for a Norfolk teenager. Police Chief Bill Mizner says they received a report that someone had damaged five sections of freshly poured concrete at 916 Woodhurst earlier this month. There were footprints, hand prints, and what appeared to be a three-letter initial. Mizner says witnesses saw the 15-year-old in the area that day. He was arrested Monday on a charge of criminal mischief. The damage was estimated by the contractor at $3,000 dollars.
