UNL Chancellor Delivers State of the University Address

LINCOLN - University of Nebraska-Lincoln Chancellor Dr. Harvey Perlman, delivered his final State of the University address and  says UNL isn't the same university it was 15 years ago when he became chancellor.  Perlman cited UNL’s Big Ten membership and its engagement in “cutting-edge research” that tries to solve some of the major issues facing the human condition.  Perlman says he remains confident the Lincoln campus will reach its goal of enrolling 30,000 students.  Enrollment at UNL now stands at 25,000.  Perlman is retiring the end of June.
