Two Incumbents, Two New Members Elected to City Council
NORFOLK - Two incumbents have earned re-election to the Norfolk City Council, and two new faces will replace retiring councilman. In Ward One, Dick Pfeil ran unopposed to replace the retiring Vicki Saunders. In Ward Two, incumbent Jim Lange defeated Bill Hattery, 1,686 to 1,065. In Ward Three, Josh Moenning defeated Jim Miller, 1,171 to 645. Moenning will replace long-time City Councilman Jim Brenneman who did not seek re-election. And in Ward Four, incumbent Thad Murren has won re-election, defeating challenger Libby McKay 865 to 591.
