Norfolk Catholic names new volleyball coach
Norfolk Catholic has named Travis Fisher as head volleyball coach. Fisher replaces Gail Borgmann, who stepped down in late November. Fisher was an assistant for Borgmann for two years. He has eight years of assistant coach experience overall and also coached for the area club Northeast Nebraska Juniors. Borgmann stepped down due to family reasons. She was the head coach for 13 years at the school and compiled a 251-84 record for a .749 win percentage. This past season, the Lady Knights finished 28-3, falling in the opening round of the State Tournament to Lincoln Christian.
