Nebraska Lawdawg football team suffocates Kansas

Antaries Daniels ran for 119 yards off twelve carries and two scores and Chuck Wright threw two touchdown passes to Caleb Hahne as the Nebraska Lawdawg football team routed the Kansas Diamondbacks 28-6 on Saturday night at the Norfolk Middle School Field.  Daniels ran for touchdowns of 20 & 7 yards and the Wright to Hahne connections were 11 & 8 yards in the victory.  The Lawdawg defense suffocated the Diamondback offense to only 129 yards in the game sacking quarterback Domonique Parker five times.  The Norfolk based semipro football team's offense totaled 311 yards.  Wright finished 13-19 for 163 yards and two scores.  Hahne caught five passes for 62 yards and two touchdowns.  Hahne defensively had nine tackles, ½ sack, and an interception.  The Lawdawgs improve to 2-0 on the season and will visit the Minot Oilers in North Dakota on Saturday.  Kansas falls to 2-2.
