Senator Fischer says Affordable Care Act will be expensive for Nebraskans

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Nebraska U-S Senator Deb Fischer says the Affordable Care Act is a confusing piece of legislation is now even more confusing since the Obama Administration granted a one-year delay for businesses to impliment the program.  Fischer sasy the program will be very expensive for Nebraskans.  Statistics in a U-S Chamber of Commerce survey shows that three-quarters of small businesses will do their best to avoid following this law by reducing hours of full time staff. The survey shows 27% of small businesses plan reduce full-time workers, 24% plan to reduce hiring all together and 23% plan to replace full-time positions and replace them with part-time.
