Sen. Johanns sponosrs legislation to keep EPA from releasing farmers', ranchers' info

WASHINGTON, D.C. -  Nebraska Senator Mike Johanns is co-sponsoring legislation to keep the Environmental Protection Agency from releasing any more personal information on farmers and ranchers. Johanns says the EPA has already released names, addresses and phone numbers of 80,000 producers across the country - including 3,500 Nebraskans - to individuals and groups that have, according to Johanns, anti-ag agendas.  Johanns tried to get his legislation amended to the Farm Bill, but it never came up for a vote.
