Sen. Fischer supports not funding federal health care

WASHINGTON -  House Republicans say they will not vote to keep funding the federal government past this month unless funding is stripped from the federal health care law, commonly known as Obamacare.  Nebraska Senator Deb Fischer says she favors tying Obamacare funding to funding the federal government through the remainder of this year.  Fischer also wants Congress to discuss the exemptions and delays granted by the Obama Administration.  Congress hasn't approved a budget, so funding for the federal government expires at the end of September.
