Second U.S. Senate Debate Scheduled
OMAHA (AP) - Republican Deb Fischer and Democrat Bob Kerrey will face off in a second U.S. Senate race debate, and this one will see a wider television audience. Omaha television station KETV and the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce are sponsoring the debate, set for Sept. 28 at the Omaha Community Playhouse. The two candidates participated in their first debate on Aug. 25 at the Nebraska State Fair in Grand Island.
