NORFOLK - A 34-year-old man with no known address has been arrested for allegedly taking more than $250 worth of items from the Norfolk Wal-Mart store. Police Chief Bill Mizner reports that officers were called to Wal-Mart at 5:17 p.m. Wednesday evening to deal with a reported shoplifter. The man, later identified as Scott Wiedeman, fled from store security and was found hiding in a field behind Wal-Mart. The Nebraska State Patrol assisted in the search.
