Scheer, Education Committee to Hear K-12 State-Aid Formula Proposals
LINCOLN - Several bills dealing with state aid to K-12 schools will be heard before the State Legislator's Education Committee this week. District 19 Senator Jim Scheer says he's not sure the current state-aid formula is fair to all schools in the state. Scheer is a former member of the Norfolk Public Schools Board of Education and is the immediate past president of the Nebraska State Board of Education.
