The man accused in a downtown Norfolk shooting will remain in the Madison County Jail for now, after failing to have his bail reduced. 28-year-old Jordan Beehn appeared before Madison County Judge Richard Krepela Tuesday, asking that his $975,000 bond be reduced to $100,000. His attorney, Charles Balsiger, said Beehn has close ties to the community of Madison and a business there, and was not a flight risk.
