Project expected to slow travel on Nebraska Hwy 15

SCHUYLER, Neb. (AP) - Pavement repairs are expected to slow travelers on Nebraska Highway 15 for a few weeks.  A Nebraska Department of Roads spokesman says the project is scheduled to start this week on a stretch south of Schuyler between the Platte River and the junction with Nebraska Highway 64.  There will be lane closures and reduced speeds. Flaggers and pilot cars will be employed to control traffic.  The department says the work should be finished by the end of October.
