Pre-Trial Hearing Set for Murder Suspect
MADISON - A pre-trial hearing for a 21-year-old Norfolk man charged with second degree murder has been set for March 28th. De'Aris Trice stood mute today in his first appearance in Madison County District Court. He is represented by the Madison County Public Defender's Office. Trice is accused in the stabbing death of 27-year-old Timothy Warren Jr., the day after Christmas. He remains in the Madison County Jail.
