Police Seek Suspect In Columbus Murder

COLUMBUS (AP) - Police say an arrest warrant has been issued for a 20-year-old man suspected of killing another man at a Columbus motel. A Columbus Police Department news release says officers are seeking Ozzy Tilden, of Columbus, on charges of first-degree murder and use of a deadly weapon. He's accused of stabbing to death Jerry Garcia, 36, early last Saturday morning at the Sundown Motel. Officers found Garcia's body in the motel parking lot. The Police Department reports since the October 8th incident, Tilden is believed to have been in Columbus, Omaha and Lincoln. He is also known to frequent Norfolk.
