Pierce Man Arrested during Saturday Morning Altercation
NORFOLK - A Pierce man was arrested for assault and strangulation after an altercation early Saturday morning. Norfolk Police Captain Mike Bauer says 24-year-old Christopher Reagan was arrested after police were called to 309 South 10th Street at 1:32 Saturday morning. Reagan was allegedly drunk and was observed standing over a woman with his fists clenched when officers arrived. Another man in the home said Reagan had choked him and pushed him into a window, causing damage. Reagan was arrested for third degree domestic assault and strangulation. Bauer says he was then taken to the Norfolk City Jail and later transferred to the Madison County Jail.
