Old Pierce Murder Featured on NET Tonight
PIERCE - A murder that happened more than 100 years ago near Pierce will be featured tonight in a special on NET. The special looks at the death penalty in Nebraska, and Vickie DeJong says a man name Gottlieb Neigenfind was executed for killing her great-great aunt. It was the first execution carried out by the state rather than the counties. The special airs at 7 p.m. tonight on NET.
