NPS Refinances Bonds
NORFOLK - Low interest rates are not good for those with savings accounts, but they are good for the Norfolk Public School District. At this week's meeting, the Board of Education voted to refinance some 2008 bonds at the current, lower interest rates, saving the district about $145,000.
