NORFOLK - A Norfolk woman called authorities Saturday morning to report there were children home alone and crying. But Norfolk Police Captain Leon Chapman says it turns the woman making the call, Felisa Masarellgos, 37, was the one who was supposed to watching the kids. She was carrying a Nebraska ID and Social Security card belonging to her sister-in-law. Masarellgos was identified by the children and their mother. She faces a charge of criminal impersonation -- and is currently in the Madison County Jail.
