Norfolk State Scores Show Improvement
NORFOLK - The latest scores from the Nebraska Statewide Accountability Reading, Mathematics and Science tests have been released, and Norfolk Public Schools officials are pleased with the results. Director of Teaching and Learning Bob Hastings says improvement is seen in nearly all areas and grades. Hastings explains that all students are required to take the NeSA tests, including those in special education programs and those for whom English is not their first language. Hastings says the scores show that the hard work of both staff and students in the Norfolk Public Schools is paying off.
