Norfolk sees increased August building permit activity
NORFOLK - New construction is beginning to pick up in the city of Norfolk. That’s what Building Official Steve Nordhues told members of the Norfolk City Planning Commission at their meeting Tuesday morning. Nordhues says August building permit activity is up 33 percent over a year ago. Also at Tuesday’s meeting, the Commission gave unanimous approval to a conditional use permit for Jeffrey and Lisa Yosten to build an oversized accessory building at 1005 Kelland Drive.
