Norfolk Receives 6.4 Inches of Snow
NORFOLK - The National Weather Service says Norfolk received 6.4 inches of snow yesterday and last night, that’s .57 inches of moisture, a record amount of precipitation for February 21st in Norfolk. Crews have been out all night plowing snow from the city streets and continue to do so. Norfolk city officials have declared a snow emergency. Residents are asked to park on the even-numbered side of the streets where parking is normally permitted on both sides.
