Norfolk Police Investigate Shooting
NORFOLK - Norfolk Police are investigating a shooting that happened in the early morning hours Saturday. Norfolk Police and Norfolk Fire & Rescue were called to 701 South 2nd Street just after 3 a.m. Saturday. Norfolk Police arrived and found that a male victim that lives at the residence had been shot in the lower left abdomen. The victim was transported to the Faith Regional Health Services, ER. The area of the wound was determined to be non-life threatening. Police Division investigations personnel were called in and the shooting continues to be under investigation.
