Norfolk Man Violates Sex Offender Registry
NORFOLK - Norfolk Police arrested a local man Tuesday on a sex offender registry violation. Joshua Petersen, who is a transient, is accused of staying as a residence for four consecutive days without registering. He is required to register when he stays at least three days at one location. Norfolk Police Chief Bill Mizner says Petersen, 26, is in the Madison County Jail on the Class Three felony.
