Norfolk Man Charged With Credit Card Fraud
NORFOLK - A 22- year-old Norfolk man has been arrested for felony unauthorized use of a financial transaction device, following a four-week investigation by the Norfolk Police Division. Captain Leon Chapman says Kevin Bohler was arrested Thursday for allegedly using a Discover credit card that did not belong to him. Chapman says more than $3,000 was charged to the card at several local businesses and online between October 29th and November 11th. Chapman says investigating officers used store surveillance footage to identify Bohler. Bohler was taken to the Norfolk City Jail before being transferred to the Madison County Jail on Friday.
