Norfolk Man Arrested on Weapons Charges

NORFOLK - An incident that began with erratic driving ended with a Norfolk man arrested on weapons charges. Police Captain Michael Bauer says Dustin Noelle, 28, was arrested about 1 p.m. yesterday after a man reported that Noelle pointed a gun at him in the parking lot of 1406 Country Club Road. Bauer says the victim reported that Noelle was driving erratically and almost hit his vehicle. The victim followed Noelle to the Country Club Road address, where he says Noelle pointed a gun at him. Officers located Noelle and recovered a .45 pistol and 4-and-a-half-inch knife. Noelle was arrested for making terroristic threats, use of a firearm to commit a felony and carrying a concealed weapon. He was taken to the Norfolk City Jail and Transferred to the Madison County Jail.
