Norfolk Man Arrested for False Imprisonment
STANTON - A Norfolk man has been arrested after a woman was found in his home, bound and unresponsive. Stanton County Sheriff Mike Unger says Kevin Broberg, 42, was arrested about 2:15 Saturday afternoon when officers were sent to a rural Norfolk home to check on the welfare of a female there. Unger says Broberg told them the woman was in the hospital, but officers found her in the home, unresponsive and with her hands and feet bound. The victim was taken to Faith Regional Health Services for treatment. Broberg was arrested for false reporting and false imprisonment and taken to the Pierce County Jail.
