Norfolk Has New Rural Business Specialist

NORFOLK - A new Rural Business and Cooperative Specialist has been named for USDA Rural Development in Norfolk.  State Director Maxine Moul says Randy Richardson began his new position on November 18th. He comes to Nebraska from the USDA Rural Development area office in Austin, Minnesota where he served as an area technician supporting four Rural Development program areas, two offices and three specialists.  Richardson spent close to 10 years in personal lending and district leadership roles in Springfield, Missouri and Denver, Colorado. He has been with USDA Rural Development for two-and-a-half years.
