Norfolk Approves Its First LB 840 Project
NORFOLK - Premier Senior Marketing will be the first recipient of funds from Norfolk's new LB 840 economic development program. The City Council gave unanimous approval Monday night to a $155,750 dollar loan to assist with the remodeling of the former Sun Mart building at Riverside Blvd. and Benjamin Ave. for a new office for Premier. The company plans to add 21 jobs and increase its annual payroll by $623,000.
