New Science Courses To Be Offered at Norfolk Senior High
NORFOLK - Graduates from Norfolk Senior High will soon be required to have more hours in science. At this week's meeting of the Board of Education, Director of Teaching and Learning Bob Hastings said a third year of science is needed to provide the 30 hours required for graduation; the current requirement is 20 hours. Two new classes will be offered: Chemistry in the Community and Environmental Science. Neither will be lab-based. Norfolk Senior High will begin offering the new coursees in the fall of 2014.
