Mobile home damaged by fire

NORFOLK - A mobile home in Norfolk was damaged by fire early Sunday morning.  Fire Division Lieutenant Landon Grothe says the call came in about 2:40 a.m. Sunday, and fire crews were dispatched to 916 South 13th Place. Upon arrival, firefighters found heavy smoke and flames coming from the south side of the mobile home. Grothe says they were able to extinguish the fire in about 10 minutes, and spend another two hours conducting salvage and overhaul.  The cause of the fire remains under investigation. No occupants or fighters were injured. Norfolk Police, Red Cross, NPPD and Black Hills Energy provided assistance.
