Meeting Planned Saturday on Keystone XL Pipeline
VERDIGRE - A meeting will be held tomorrow afternoon in Verdigre to discuss the proposed Keystone XL pipeline project. Nebraska Easement Action Team - or NEAT - and Bold Nebraska will present information on tar sands oil, property rights and possible impact of the pipeline on water. The meeting is scheduled from 2 to 4 tomorrow afternoon in the Verdigre School gym. Earl Miller and other community members are hosting the event.
