Man Arrested For Sex Offender Violation
NORFOLK - A Norfolk man has been arrested on a Sex Offender Registry violation after he had worked out-of-state without notifying the Madison County Sheriff's Office. Norfolk Police Captain Leon Chapman says Mark LaFrancis of 721 East Norfolk Avenue, #50, was working for a company in Norfolk but also was working in Iowa in Spirit Lake and Missouri Valley this month before returning back to Norfolk. LaFrancis was taken into custody on Sunday.
