Man Arrested For Failing To Register
NORFOLK - Norfolk Police have arrested a local man for failing to register as a sex offender -- a Class Four felony. Captain Leon Chapman says Joshua Solis, 19, was taken into custody at his place employment on Friday after officers were unable to locate him at his home address on Country Club Road. He had been evicted from the apartment. Solis was lodged in the City Jail and transferred to the Madison County Jail on Saturday.
