It's Boy Scouts Popcorn Sales Time
NORFOLK - Boy Scouts in Northeast Nebraska are canvassing their neighborhoods this month for the annual popcorn sale, the Scouts' largest single fundraiser. Many Rivers District Executive Tracy Yost says 70 percent of money raised through popcorn sales goes directly to the Boy Scouts, with 37 percent staying with the local pack.
