Football Player: "It's Great To Be Home"

PIERCE - Shelton Dvorak says it feels "great to be home." The Pierce High School senior, who suffered a brain injury in a game against Albion Boone Central, was released from a Lincoln rehabilitation center Thursday and arrived back home to shouts and cheers of his community. He does have to head back to Lincoln for a CAT scan on Monday. Dvorak has at least one more surgery. A piece of his skull was removed to relieve pressure on his brain. It was placed in his stomach until surgeons can replace it.
