Farm and Equipment Show Wednesday and Thursday
NORFOLK - More than 120 vendors will be on hand for the Northeast Nebraska Farm and Equipment Show Wednesday and Thursday at the Chuck M. Pohlman Ag Complex at Northeast Community College. The event will also include 12 educational seminars including a talk on no-till farming and the use of cover crops. Dan Gillespie, no-till specialist with the Natural Resources Conservation Service says in dry years, no-till conserves any moisture that does fall. Gillespie's talk is set for Wednesday at 10:30. Hours for the show are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday and 9:00 to 4:00 Thursday.
