NORFOLK - Department of Roads crews are having success clearing area highways from snow that drifted in over the past couple of days. A dispatcher with the Nebraska State Patrol in Norfolk said late Wednesday morning, Highway 35 near Winside is back to two lanes of travel as is Highway 91 near Lindsay. The spokesman says most highways in northeast Nebraska have two-lane travel and DOR crews are continuing to remove snow from the edge of roads off the shoulder.
