Columbus Woman Faces Charges In Norfolk
NORFOLK - Norfolk Police have arrested a Columbus woman who was involved with the vandalism of a vehicle windshield and theft of alcohol from Walmart. Captain Leon Chapman says Schuyler Teboe, 23, was taken into custody in the early hours of Wednesday after providing a false name to officers. She was the driver of a van with several people inside. Chapman says the bottles of alcohol were found inside the van. Teboe is in the Madison County Jail facing seven charges.
