City Council Amends Scooter Ordinance
NORFOLK - The Norfolk City Council has amended an ordinance that prohibits motorized vehicles such as scooters and mini-bikes from publicly owned parking lots and properties. City Attorney Clint Schukei says this comes after reports of several excessive acceleration complaints at Norfolk Senior High School.
