Candidate Critical of Washington Inaction
NORFOLK - The Democratic candidate for Congress from the First District in Nebraska is critical of the failure of the House to pass a farm bill before leaving Washington to campaign for re-election. Korey Reiman says residents of the First District are telling him they are dissatisfied with the extreme partisanship in Washington. He also says there are too many politicians in Washington whose main concern is simply staying in Washington. Reiman was in Norfolk last weekend for the Lions Club parade and Oktoberfest.
