Area Reserve Unit Headed To Afghanistan
COLUMBUS (AP) - Nearly four dozen members of a U.S. Army Reserve unit based in Columbus are preparing to deploy to Afghanistan. The 45 reservists are military police who will leave for training next weekend. A public farewell ceremony will be held next Wednesday at Columbus High School.
